When transaction are conducted directly through a Bowden Travel
Agent and not online, payments are processed in the normal
matter like a regular Brick-and-Mortar Store. When making
reservations or payments for Resorts or Hotels directly online
your are dealing with one of our outside vendors directly and
your information is passed directly to them though their service
and you should review the privacy policy of that vendor for
additional information. For financial institutions and
processors, the use of personally identifiable consumer
information is governed by federal and state privacy laws. For
other third parties under contract with Bowden Travel, the use
and distribution of your personal information will be used by
such entity for its internal use related to fulfilling the
transaction services for Bowden Travel, and will be treated as
confidential by the vendor.

Clients could be contacted by Bowden Travel or vendors relating
to technical or service related issues that could directly
effect our Client's.

Client's could be contacted occasionally by Bowden Travel
regarding general news, new products or service that our Clients
could find helpful. Bowden Travel appreciates the opportunity
to send this occasional information and we don't want to take
advantage of your kindness. Clients will have the opportunity

Client's may contact our Customer Services Department during

Account List in the event that Bowden Travel as a business is

made to contact Client's through the contact information that we
